Each meal begins with a round of cheese fondue complete with artisan breads and seasonal veggies. A freshly made salad precedes the third course, which includes wild mushroom sacchetti (a pasta pouch filled with a wild mushroom blend) with all-natural breast of chicken in a seasoned court bouillon style, as well as one additional protein. For their second protein, guests may choose from smoky Andouille sausage, teriyaki-marinated sirloin, premium filet mignon, Pacific white shrimp, or Memphis-style dry rub pork medallion.
